- The membership has a 12-week minimum commitment.
- Payments continue automatically unless cancelled after the minimum term.
- Payments are deducted weekly
- Missed payments must be settled before attending further classes.
- Members are responsible for booking and managing their own classes through the booking system.
- Standing reservations are held for regular weekly spots, but members must still cancel via the system if they cannot attend.
- A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all classes.
- Late cancellations or no-shows result in the loss of that session.
- Refunds are not provided for missed or unused sessions.
- Members may pause their membership for up to 4 weeks per calendar year.
- Pauses must be requested at least 7 days before the pause start date.
- Pauses cannot be used for weekly schedule changes or last-minute conflicts.
- After the 12-week minimum term, the membership may be cancelled with 7 days’ notice by emailing
[email protected]- Early termination inside the initial 12-week period is not permitted unless in cases of medical issues.
Members agree to:
- Arrive on time
- Wear grip socks for safety
- Follow instructor guidance
- Notify instructors of injuries or medical conditions
- Respect the equipment and other clients
